We offer shop and field services aimed at the repair of heavy equipment in the construction, manufacturing, and agricultural industries. We handle can handle all your electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and fabrication needs when it comes down to keeping your gear running or creating something entirely from scratch.
Mechanical Repairs
We can repair all makes and models of material handling, construction, and earth moving equipment. From forklifts and telehandlers to aerial lifting equipment, to dozers and excavators, we've got you covered.
Portable Line Boring
We specialize in portable line boring and bore welding. Our fully portable system allows us to come to your equipment to build up and restore damaged pin or bushing bores back to original specifications and ensure multiple bores to be in perfect alignment. Common applications include loader and excavator buckets, loader arms, excavator boom and stick pins, axle articulations, or hydraulic cylinder eyes.
Welding
Welding capabilities include stick, MIG, TIG, and oxy fuel welding both in the field and the shop. We also offer semi automated bore welding as part of our line boring services. This allows us to build up ID bores quickly and consistently to provide quality repairs in a timely manner. Cutting systems include oxy fuel, plasma, carbon arc gouging. Exothermic cutting is also available for the timely removal of siezed or heavily damaged pins.
